Kumiko and Preston and hosting Easter dinner at their home. Many friends from the neighborhood are already planning to attend. These may be people you already know from neighborhood events, such as neighborhood pickleball, book club, hikes, potlucks, etc.

If you have never attended an event with the neighborhood group, this will be the perfect type of event to come to as a first-timer.

No program or presentation is planned. This is a simple potluck dinner. Guests will eat food and talk to each other.

About half of guests there will be Japanese or speak Japanese. The other half will be people from all backgrounds. Whether you speak Japanese or not, you'll fit right in!

The food will be traditional Easter dinner food.

What to Bring: Bring any kind of food: Main dish, side dish, salad, appetizer, bread, etc. The emphasis is on traditional American Easter dinner food. The hosts are providing a ham, but feel free to also bring a ham if you want to. Additional desserts are not needed. (Drinks, utensils, plates, etc. will be provided by the hosts.)

What should I wear? Dress appropriately based on the weather. Casual dress / T-shirt and jeans is fine. Or feel free to dress up. The event is planned to take primarily outside. (But we have space inside if the weather is bad.)
