Pickleball is the nation's fastest-growing sport. It is a fun sport to play with people of all ages and all levels of athletic ability. Playing pickleball provides good exercise. Some of the reasons why pickleball is popular among older and less-athletic people: In pickleball, you’re hitting a plastic wiffle-like ball, so it’s less bouncy and doesn’t fly as fast through the air. And the paddle is much easier to handle because it’s shorter and lighter than a tennis racket.
We will have enough paddles, balls for everyone. But feel free to bring your own paddle if you have one.
We had a great time playing pickleball on the past seven Saturdays! We want to continue doing this on a weekly basis, for anybody who is interested.
This location has THREE COURTS. So we can accommodate 12 people playing simultaneously. If a few more people come, we can rotate them into games or take turns playing.
