Mindy is inviting the neighborhood group to a potluck at her home! She wrote: "Short notice, but it's been discussed since the last potluck. So, yes, it's another potluck. The theme is Hispanic food. Santa is making Pozole. If you want to bring Hispanic-related food dishes, that would be much appreciated. Otherwise, just bring any dish, enough for 6-8 people to share.
"If you want to learn how to make pozole, then come at noon."
