This theater is very strict about people arriving on time and won't let guests in if they arrive late. Please plan to arrive on time so we can meet each other, talk, have time to get our seats, look at the menu, enjoy the pre-show, etc.
After the film: The film will end at about 9:00 PM. No talking is allowed during the film. But after the film, feel free to gather with the group in the Majestic's bar/dining area for informal discussion about the film, or any topics we fell like talking about. (This is completely optional.)
The film is set in a fictional kingdom where both magic and early twentieth-century technology are prevalent, against the backdrop of a war with another kingdom. It tells the story of Sophie, a young milliner who is turned into an elderly woman by a witch who enters her shop and curses her. She encounters a wizard named Howl and gets caught up in his resistance to fighting for the king.
