UPDATE: Location has changed. Due to the unexpected death of a congregant, the regular pickleball location (with three courts) will be used for a funeral service and viewing on this evening. For this reason, the pickleball location has been moved to the Del Rio Building. This building has only one pickleball court.
To help minimize crowding and reduce time waiting between games, we are expanding the time and splitting the evening into two sessions: We're asking half of the attendees to come play from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. And the other half will come between 7:30 to 9:00 PM.

Special Day and Time: The neighborhood potluck group has been organizing free neighbohood pickleball every Saturday morning for six months. But that doesn't work for some people's schedule. Sometimes we arrange pickleball on OTHER days and times. This is a special EVENING and WEEKDAY session of pickleball.
Everyone is welcome to come! Limited spots available. Must RSVP in order to attend.
Indoors. All skill levels welcome.
Four people can play a game of pickleball on one court. Those attending this event will need to take turns playing.
Instruction will be provided for beginners (incl. people who have never played before).
Pickleball is the nation's fastest-growing sport. It is a fun sport to play with people of all ages and all levels of athletic ability. Playing pickleball provides good exercise. Some of the reasons why pickleball is popular among older and less-athletic people: In pickleball, you’re hitting a plastic wiffle-like ball, so it’s less bouncy and doesn’t fly as fast through the air. And the paddle is much easier to handle because it’s shorter and lighter than a tennis racket.
We will have enough paddles, balls for everyone. But feel free to bring your own paddle if you have one.
