Who is invited: Anyone interested in studying the Bible alongside neighbors of various religious backgrounds.
Dr. Robert "Bob" Rhoton hosts a weekly Bible study group. This is a brand new group meeting for the first time on May 16, 2024. At the first meeting the group will decide together where they will begin their study of the Bible: Old Testament? Gospels? Epistles of Paul?
Bob Rhoton is the Founder of Arizona Trauma Institute. He trains professionals in the medical, education, and mental health fields to work with complex trauma. He has been invited to give presentations on the topic of trauma and mental health in many local churches.
Bob is also a avid student of the Bible. His plan is that Bible study sessions at his home will be led by other attendees serving as discussion leaders, and that he will simply serve as host. These will be genuine opportunities to study the Bible as friends and neighbors. These are not psychology lectures!
This group will meet every Thursday at 7 PM.
