Michael Simm is one of the leading members of the neighborhood potluck group. He has hosted four great events already. Many of you have met him at other events, as he is a frequent participant. Michael is hosting his biggest event yet in May 2024, and we have selected this as our anchor event for the month!
This event will be a bit different because it is NOT a potluck event. Generous donors are providing a full dinner, with food and drinks.
Who? Everyone is welcome!
What Should I Wear? Business casual.
What Should I Bring? Just bring yourself! Please do not bring food. Food and drinks will be provided.
Parking Note: Overflow parking is available in all of the parking lots to the East of Arizona Studios.
Does this mean that the neighborhood group officially supports the Logical Foundation's strategies for eliminating homeless in Tempe? The neighborhood group is 100% non-partisan and does not "take positions." We do not "support" or "oppose" basic income. The group supports all members of the group and all members of the community. Michael knows that if anybody wanted to organize an event in direct opposition to his ideas, that we would gladly do so. He would probably be the first to sign up to attend. Michael welcomes everyone at these events, especially skeptics and those who have serious questions about his organization's approach.
