Free outdoor event.
The Neighborhood Potluck Group is joining forces with the English-speaking Del Rio ward and the Spanish-speaking Rio Salado ward to co-host a Trunk-or-Treat event open to everyone in the neighborhood.
• Join us for a potluck dinner!
• Dress up in costumes! (not required, but funner that way)
• Bring kids if you have them.
• Decorate your car's trunk and give away candy to young trick-or-treaters.
• No car? No problem. Tables will be available if you want to set one up for handing out candy.
• Enjoy party games for young and old!
What to Bring: Guests are asked to bring one of the designated food items. Enough to feed about 8 to 10 people. Hosts will provide tables, chairs, tablecloths, drinks, plates, utensils, etc.
Who? Everyone welcome. All ages. Family-friendly event.
This event is not just for families with young children. Adults will enjoy meeting neighbors, socializing, eating dinner, and handing out candy from car trunks.
Other Halloween Events? During the "Halloween season," there may be more than one Trunk-or-Treat event happening at the same time. If you know of a public Trunk-or-Treat or Halloween event whose organizers would like to invite the neighborhood group to, then let us know and we will post it on our calendar. If there are multiple simultaneous events, we will encourage everyone to go to the event closest to them.
