"GAIN" is an annual statewide event in Arizona. It stands for "Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods."
Already Provided: Burgers, brauts, buns, and condiments will be provided. Please do not bring water, plates, utensils, cups, etc., as those will be provided.
What Should I Bring? Please bring any type of food item, enough to share with 8 to 10 people. May bring a main dish, salad, bread item, appetizer, etc. No alcohol (per park rules).
Who? This event is open to everyone who wants to attend. Family-friendly. All ages. This GAIN night potluck event is officially sponsored by the McClintock, Alameda Meadows, Palmcroft Manor, and Santo Tomas neighborhoods, as designated by the city of Tempe.
If your specific block or neighborhood is holding a GAIN event, we encourage you to attend it. Otherwise, we would love to have you join this event.
Last year, 90 neighbors attended the GAIN event at Selleh Park. This annual event tends to be well-attended. But there is plenty of space for everyone!
Parking: If you drive, the easiest and closest place to park will be in the Curry Elementary School parking lot, which is only about 200 feet from where the event will be located.
